Privacy information
DataVolumeIQ is intended for enterprise use. The categories of information processed, hosting location, retention period, subprocessors and contractual privacy commitments may vary by deployment and are confirmed during commercial onboarding.
Website forms may collect business contact information you choose to provide so that DataVolumeIQ can respond to demo, procurement or product enquiries.
SAP analysis uses customer-approved technical metadata such as table and archive sizes, record counts, aggregated date ranges, growth rates and observed access statistics. SAP business-document contents, transaction-level business values, SAP user information and personally identifiable information (PII) are outside the intended collection scope. Customers must review custom extracts, diagnostic logs and uploads at source to exclude sensitive information.
Portal account names and email addresses, and ownership or approval information entered by administrators, are processed separately to operate the service. Read-only access describes how DataVolumeIQ interacts with SAP; it does not mean that the portal has no account or contact information.
Customer SAP data and tenant content are handled according to the purchased deployment, configured access controls and applicable commercial documentation. Enterprise buyers may request current data-processing and subprocessor information before contracting.
This page is a product information summary and should not be treated as a substitute for the executed agreement or deployment-specific data-processing terms.
